Collar King will ship your merchandise as soon as possible.
Since most of our products are Custom-made from the time we recieve your order, it may take an additional week for processing. We ask that you please allow up to six weeks for actually delivery to your address.
Realistically, most orders are recieved within 10 business days of the actual purchase date.
We utilize U.P.S. Ground as our primary shipper. If you have any questions or would like for us to make special arrangements for your Shipping needs, please contact us at: sales@collarking.com.
Shipping rates and discounts are calculated using U.P.S. real-time rates.
We at Collar King take great pride in everything we sell. We are so confident you will love your product, that if it fails to meet your expectations or you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to give you a merchandise exchange or refund, less shipping & handling. Simply follow the steps listed below to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Return the product in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of receipt of when the original order was shipped to you. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping & handling charges of returning the merchandise to Collar King. All orders returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We apologize, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or custom dog collar & custom dog leash orders. Refunds will be promptly issued upon receipt of the merchandise (less shipping & handling charges).
To obtain a Return Authorization number:
E-mail the following information to us at: admin@collarking.com, and you will recieve prompt attention:
1. Your name, address & phone number.
2. Item description/item number and sale reciept number.
3. Date of sale.
4. Total amount of sale.
5. Reason for return.
You will receive a Return Authorization number within 48 hours to your corresponding E-mail address.
Once you recieve the Return Authorization Number, print it out or clearly write it on the back of the return package. Enclose the return information along with the merchandise inside your shipping box or envelope to ensure proper processing.

For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, USPS or FedEx with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping to us.
Please note:
We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise purchased that is sent back to us after 30 days of receipt, has been used, and is not in its original, new condition and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise at Collar King, our Returns Department will inspect the merchandise to determine whether or not the merchandise meets return policy guidelines and is in re-saleable condition. If all guidelines for returns or exchanges mentioned in our Return & Exchange policy are not met, the merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any damage to the product that is caused by your pet. All sale items, perishable items, and custom orders are final sale.
We strongly encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible to prevent returns.
Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If your Collar King purchase is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will send out a call tag and have the shipper pick up the package from you. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, do not sign for the package and it will be returned to us. We will promptly send you an exchange.
If your package does not arrive upon estimated arrival time after notification of shipment (approximately 1-15 days after item shipped out from Collar King depending on destination), you must contact Collar King within 30 days after notification of shipment. Collar King will not be held responsible for notifications or claims after that time.
